HCT is seeking a talented nursing professional to serve as the Manager of multiple Outpatient Clinics in Massachusetts. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

•providing overall direction and coordination for the operational needs across the Outpatient Clinic,
•ensuring appropriate resources and skills meet the needs of the patients,
•establishing and maintaining processes that evaluate the delivery of care in an on-going manner, and
•promoting professional growth and development opportunities for the staff.

Job Requirements

•Education: Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) required
•Experience: Minimum of 5 years’ experience in Practice Management with progressive responsibility as well as direct experience at an Outpatient Clinic within a health system or hospital or associated with acute care facilities required; 3-5 years in an acute care hospital setting preferred; minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a management role; strong communications skills with physicians, staff and patients; strong organizational skills in clinic operations; lead through a collaborative leadership style and effective interpersonal skills when working with executives, physicians and staff
•License: State of Massachusetts RN license
•Certifications: Any pertinent certifications such as Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advance Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
•Computer Skills: Basic computer skills. Electronic Medical Record and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.) experience preferred.
